Refund policy

Providing excellent customer satisfaction and understanding the value of Hi-Fidelity Audio as an investment are important for DreamAudio. We will do everything in our power to provide you with the best shopping experience.

Returns/Exchanges

1. All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, unless the item is defective.
2. DreamAudio requires pre-authorization for all returns or exchanges. You must contact us to initiate the process.
3. To request a return or exchange, you need to provide the following details :

• Order Number
• First and Last Name of the Purchaser
• Name of the Product you're returning
• Return/Exchange Authorization Number (provided by DreamAudio)

4. Return/Exchange requests must be pre-authorized through email or phone.
5. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including shipping fees and insurance.
6. DreamAudio will deduct any shipping fees they incur from your refund.
7. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 business days of receiving the product.
8. You must have the original receipt and proof of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.
9. Items must be in brand new and unopened condition to qualify for a return.
10. You must provide the DreamAudio Return/Exchange Authorization Number when returning the product. Failure to do so will result in a refusal, and the product will be sent back to the sender.

Defective Items

1. Defective items will be replaced or repaired under the Manufacturer's Warranty.
2. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
3. DreamAudio will provide assistance where applicable.

Special Order Final Sale Policy

All special order items are considered final sale. By placing a special order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Returns or Exchanges: Special order items are customized or specifically ordered to meet your unique specifications. As a result, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, except as required by law.
2. Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed and confirmed by both parties, it cannot be modified or canceled.
3. Defective or Damaged Products: If a special order item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will address the issue in accordance with our warranty or repair policies.
