The Atoll IN200 Evolution is a next-generation integrated amplifier that combines elegance with high-performance engineering. Its refined design features an 8 mm thick brushed aluminum front panel, complemented by two large rotary knobs and a low-consumption white OLED display. The sturdy 1.5 mm thick metal chassis minimizes mechanical vibrations, while the perforated top cover enhances heat dissipation. Internally, the amplifier employs a dual mono architecture with two 340 VA toroidal transformers, ensuring perfect channel separation and dynamic sound reproduction. The combination of bipolar transistors in the differential input stages and MOS-FET transistors in the output stages guarantees high linearity and minimal distortion.

To achieve optimal musical performance, Atoll has carefully selected premium components for the IN200 Evolution. It features custom-made 59220 µF ESR filtering capacitors that provide substantial energy reserves, along with shielded Mundorf MKP capacitors identical to those found in the IN300 model. These elements contribute to a superior signal-to-noise ratio and exceptional musicality. The power supply is designed for both stability and efficiency, incorporating high-precision current sources based on transistors and LEDs. A dedicated 10 VA digital transformer powers the display and logic circuits, while an eco mode reduces standby power consumption to below 0.5 W. Additionally, a configurable preheating mode ensures optimal performance from the moment the amplifier is powered on.

Beyond its impressive power output of 2 x 120 W at 8 Ω and 2 x 200 W at 4 Ω (with 2 x 50 W in pure class A), the IN200 Evolution offers extensive connectivity options. It includes five RCA analog inputs, a Bypass input for use as a power block, two pre-out outputs for bi-amplification or subwoofer integration, and a front-panel 6.35 mm headphone jack. Compatibility with optional DAC cards (DA100 and DA200) allows for additional digital inputs, including coaxial, optical, USB-B (supporting up to PCM 32-bit/384 kHz and DSD128), and Bluetooth connectivity. The amplifier’s advanced features, accessible via its menu, enable balance adjustments, input renaming, and customizable power settings. With a spacious and detailed soundstage, precise treble, natural midrange, and deep, controlled bass, the IN200 Evolution delivers a truly immersive and high-fidelity listening experience.
